| Here are the four simple steps that you have to do
in order to create your own unique wedding list. |

| Step 1: Register
with the site -Use the 'Register' button. |
| |
Enter
both your names, a contact telephone number, the URL of your own wedding
site (if you have one), the location, time and date of the wedding. |
| |
Provide
a valid email address, to which your registration email will be sent. You
should also choose a password that you can easily remember. This is referred
to as the 'Couple password', not to be confused with your 'Guest password'
that you will choose later.
Entering your email address along with your chosen 'Couple password'
will give you unique access to your account. This will enable you to login
and administer your account, making any changes where necessary. If you
ever forget your password, you can request that it be sent to you again
from the home page. |

There
are a number of other options that you can chosen at this point. Firstly
select the currency of the items that your gifts will be entered in, and
the default language that will be displayed to you and your guests. The
'Additional notes for guests' field is available for you to enter any
notes that you may wish your guests to see. You could enter information
about your gifts, the stag night, or the wedding itself.
Now choose whether you want new guests to be able to see what previous
guests have reserved, and whether you want items that have already been
reserved to be shown to new guests. Lastly choose how often you wish to
be updated via email. |

| Don't forget that you can log into your account and update
it at any stage, so if you make a mistake, it is easy to amend. |

| Step 2: Create
your gift list - Use the 'Gift List' button. |
| |
You
are now ready to create a list of gifts that you would like your guests
to purchase for you. There are a number fields describing each item including
description, size, quantity, and price. You can also (optionally) upload
images of each item to assist your guests to identify and purchase the
correct items. The maximum image size that you should upload is for each
individual item is 20K. If you try to use larger sizes, you will be given
an error message.
If your gifts should be purchased from a particular supplier, you can
enter their details as well, including a web URL if they are online.
Your guests do not purchase the items through the site itself, because
the suppliers may be numerous, and may not necessarily online. |

| The entry of your gifts can either be completed
now, or later if you want to complete step 3 now. Remember that you can
return to the site and add, remove, or edit any of your items at any time. |

| Step 3: Make
your registration payment - Use the 'Guest List' button. |
| |
Before
you can choose your 'Guest password' which will allow your guests to login
you need to active your account.
This can be done by making your registration payment through our secure
server. The cost is15 Euros (approx 15 US Dollars, or 10 Pounds Sterling).
You will be sent an email confirming your payment. |

| Step
4: Activate your 'Guest password' - Use the 'Guest List' button a second
time. |
| |
| You should now choose your 'Guest password'. You will be sent
a final email confirming that you account is now fully active. The email
will contain a unique 'Guest URL' that you can send to your guests to allow
them to login more easily. |

You can allow your guests to login, in one of three ways
1) They can enter your email address along with the
'Guest password' on the home page.
2) They can use the 'Guest URL', that will allow them
direct access into the site.
3) They can search for your wedding, using either of your names, or the
location of the wedding, and then just simply enter the 'Guest
password' that you have chosen.
Your guests will be able to browse, and then reserve items from your
list. They can select multiple items, or reserve part of an item, leaving
the remainder for somebody else.
If you haven't already, now is the time to finish your gift list before
you inform your guests how they where the site is and how they can access
it. |

| Step 1: Login |

Log in to the site. You can do this in one
of three ways,
1) On the home page enter the couples' email address
along with the 'Guest password' that they have sent you.
2) Use the 'Guest URL', that the couple have sent you,
to give direct access into the site.
3) Search for the wedding using either of the couples names, or the location
of the wedding, and then just simply enter the 'Guest password'
that the couple have sent to you. |

| Step 2: Browse
the couples gifts - Use the 'Gift List' button. |
| |
| Simply browse through the items that the couple have chosen.
You can page through the gifts using the Display 'Next' and 'Previous' links.
Some items may have images, or web URL's, depending on how the items have
been entered. |

Once you have decided which items that you
would like to reserve, simply enter the quantity next to the each item.
You can select multiple items, or reserve part of an item, leaving the
remainder for somebody else.
Once you have made your selection click on the 'Reserve items' link. |

| Step 3: Confirm
your reservation. |
| |
Once
you enter your name and a valid email address your chosen items will be
reserved in your name, and removed from the list so that they cannot be
reserved again by other guests You will be sent a confirmatory email
containing details of your selection so that you can make the necessary
arrangements to purchase the items for the couple. The items are not purchased
through the site itself, because the suppliers may be numerous, and may
not necessarily online.
If for any reason you can't purchase the items, you should inform the
couple so that they can make them available to others. |
